Why we love our home!
What we love about our home
What we love most about the house is the design, detail and craftsmanship. This home was the original Rutenburg model in the community so not only does it feature a great, open layout with plenty of space, there are upgrades accentuating every room. The moulding is striking upon entry through the pane glass french front doors and continues throughout the house. The detail around the fireplace in the family room extends from floor to ceiling, which is twelve feet high! The flooring, lighting, fixtures and even the color selection in every room of the home was expertly selected to create an exceptional living environment. Even the lanai area and pool are oversized and accentuated with an outdoor kitchen and pavered surface. What’s more, the craftsmanship throughout the home is flawless. It truly looks and feels like a million dollar home.
Our Favorite Feature of the Home is
Our favorite feature of the home is the open layout and the abundant glass allowing for amazing views. Nearly the entire back side of the home is either glass or sliding glass doors. In fact, the sliding glass doors in the living area are almost ten feet high. There is literally an open view out the back from almost anywhere in the home. The family room, in particular, features a glass rear wall that is situated across from the giant, pane glass french front doors. It is impossible to pass through the family room without being stopped by the striking views front and back. It is truly an amazing experience thanks to the design, which takes full advantage of the size and location of the lot.
What we love about the community
What we love most about the community is the beautiful golf course scenery. This community features a nationally ranked golf course that not only offers a world class golfing experience but attracts PGA Q-School, qualifying and other events that residents can watch or support by hosting or transporting golfers. The terrain features rolling hills unique to the area and offers beautiful views from any vantage point. Deer, turkeys, sandhill cranes and other wildlife are omnipresent on the course. Enjoying the views from the front porch overlooking the first hole nature pond, and walking the golf paths in the early evening after the course closes is a serene, almost therapeutic experience.
